A shirt made from chambray fabric developed with inspiration from “Black Chambray” textiles of the 1920s–30s. The material combines khadi cotton and silk, offering a soft yet substantial feel. Designed with a relaxed fit that sits between a shirt and a jacket, it features side-seam pockets for added utility. The fabric was developed to evoke the mood of early Americana, and is complemented by intricate Indian handwork—such as hand-applied chain stitching and gathered detailing—throughout the garment.
