Add your desired items to the cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order. Once your order is

placed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address. If you do not receive

the email, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@niceness.jp.

 

■ Payment

The following payment methods are available:

・Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express)

・Digital Payment (Apple Pay / Google Pay)

・Cash on Delivery (Cash or Credit Card accepted)

*If you require a receipt, please indicate this in the notes section when placing your order.

 

■ Shipping

・Carrier: DHL

・Shipping Fee: $25 USD (flat rate)

・Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days.

・Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or transportation circumstances.Import duties and taxes are payable upon delivery.

 

■ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference, such as size or image

discrepancy. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. After

verifying the condition, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The item is unused.

2. All accessories, attachments, tags, and packing slips are returned in their original condition.

3. You have contacted us prior to returning the item, and we have approved the return.

*We may request photos to assess the condition of the item.

*Return instructions and shipping address will be provided by our team.

 

■ Gift Wrapping

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. We are considering introducing this service in the future.

 

■ Packing Slips & Receipts

In consideration of the environment, we do not include packing slips with shipments. If you require one, please

indicate this in the notes section when placing your order. We will send an electronic receipt via email.
