Alps boots inspired by historic mountain boots, moccasin boots, and Tyrolean boots developed across Britain, America, and France during the 1970s. The upper is crafted from oil-waxed cow leather produced by Wickett & Craig, a leather traditionally used for equestrian equipment, while Horween Chromexcel leather reinforces high-stress areas. Thick and supple Ezo deer leather lines the collar, and hand stitching executed with waxed cord highlights the work of skilled artisans throughout the construction.
