A fuji blouson crafted from Kurume kasuri, one of Japan's three great kasuri textiles. The linear pattern-making combines 1950s denim blouson construction with Japanese kimono structure. Two kasuri patterns are featured: the historic "kodai kasuri" and "N-pattern kasuri" incorporating the brand's symbolic "N" motif. Pocket stitching incorporates motifs of Japanese mountain ridges and sun, along with kohaze clasps used in tabi, expressing the spiritual essence of wa.
