A donkey coat crafted from a high-density melton woven from a combination of worsted and woolen yarns. Inspired by British donkey jackets from the 1960s through the 1980s, the design faithfully references original patterns and construction while being refined through a contemporary perspective. The melton retains a dry character while a strong pressing process introduces a subtle sheen. Construction is handled by some of Japan’s most skilled leather artisans, while the collar is finished with lightweight and supple Italian Merino shearling.
